🔁 1. Change of Mind Returns

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused and unmodified)

  • It must be returned with all accessories, packaging, and documentation

  • You must contact us first to request a return authorisation

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

🛠️ 2. Faulty Items or Warranty Claims

All items sold by Refurbit come with a warranty period (listed on each product page). If your item develops a fault during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair,

  • Replace, or

  • Refund the item (depending on the situation)

Faults must:

  • Be reported as soon as possible after discovery

  • Not be the result of accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair

We may request diagnostic steps or photos to assess the fault.

🚫 3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 14 days (unless faulty)

  • Products that have been physically damaged or modified

  • Software, license keys, or digital products

  • Items returned incomplete or without original packaging (unless pre-approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank
